Our Web Portal:
Our secure web portal uses the latest in SSL and TLS encryption to ensure that our clients data is secure. Our secure web portal allows clients the ability to view their work on a real-time basis. As soon as your work arrives in our office, it is scanned into our system and becomes part of our work ticket file. As the work enters the field the client can view notes on completion or attempts and can track multiple work tickets on a case basis. Our clients also have the ability to upload work directly though our system, allowing us to receive the work more quickly and reducing mailing costs.
Our Backup and Data Security:
We care about our clients data and want them to be able to access their information whenever they need it, even far into the future, while at the same time keeping it secure. Our in-office backup is redundant, encrypted and locked in a steel cage. Our offsite backup is transported encrypted to the most secure non-governmental storage facility in the United States. This facility, located nearly 300 feet underground is the gold standard of secure and reliable backup. Our office is protected by the latest in hardware and software firewalls, active intrusion protection and encryption. What does this mean to our clients? This means that their data will be there when they need it and will be kept in the utmost of confidence.

One way we do this is to operate on a nearly paperless basis through the utilization of our top-of-the-line process serving and private investigations software.
