Pricing/Payment Policy:

Rates are per address, per defendant. For 2 defendants at same address, second serve will be discounted. Pre-payment is required for any and all work completed (with exception to volume and/or repeat clients who have established accounts and are billed per invoice). We accept cash, checks and most major credit cards.

Cancellation/Refund Policy:

Once documents are received by our office, there is no refund. If you decide to cancel service for any reason, no refund can be made due to processing costs (unless special circumstances apply).

Due Process Attorney Services does not guarantee service (we feel this would be unethical and unprofessional - we can not guarantee that every subject we attempt to serve will be at the address provided). We do guarantee that we will do our best to get results without incurring additional fees. If service can not be made after sufficient attempts, we will contact you to discuss further options for service which may include getting a new court date, conducting a stake-out, searching for another address (which would incur a new service fee and other applicable fees for postal search, private investigation, etc.)
